Prepared, planed, routed and sanded the main frame today. Set up a jig to run a router along each section and then cut it down to 70mm depth.

Just needed to add a soft edge to the frame where people's legs will be when sitting at the table. It also adds a sense of style to the design rather than simple 90 deg edge. A simple jig guided the router along the edge of the wood.
The first two pieces made came out well and after some extra sanding are looking good to go. The customer wants the legs and frame painted to contrast with the natural finish of the top surface. I've designed a corner leg/frame/table joint and ordered M10 studding and M10 nutserts for use on timber today.
